Requirements Play a key role during a pivotal period of transformation, including a major SAP implementation and AI-driven demand and supply planning initiatives. Support the execution of new product launches, with a strong focus on 2026 and 2027 growth plans. Work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential. Act as the central coordinator, tracking products, components and supply activities across the end-to-end supply chain. Expedite supply issues and proactively chase vendors, manufacturers and internal stakeholders to ensure launch readiness. Monitor production outputs and delivery progress rather than managing purchasing, PO placement or MRP activities. Develop a deep understanding of products, components and manufacturing processes to resolve issues quickly. Partner with 28 contract manufacturers, the majority of which are based across the US. Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless launch execution. Work closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, master data and analytics teams. Support the transition from spreadsheet-based processes into a new SAP environment over the coming months. Bring a naturally curious mindset, investigating issues and uncovering the root causes behind supply challenges. Thrive as a self-starter in a highly organized, entrepreneurial and largely remote working environment. Ideal for candidates with experience in supply planning, manufacturing or supply chain coordination who enjoy being the driving force behind execution and follow-through. Prior experience using SAP essential, along with proficient Excel use.
