Summary
Seeking a Supply Supervisor to support new vehicle launches over a 3-4 month assignment. This role leads a team responsible for coordinating supply chain activities tied to new model introductions and sustaining product performance during the first 18 months post-launch. The position focuses on driving operational efficiency, strengthening processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team managing supply activities for new model launches, ensuring timely product availability and smooth distribution execution
- Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and decisions to support successful launch outcomes
- Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational and customer priorities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs); monitor adherence and drive continuous improvement
- Create and deliver regular performance reports and updates for stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Mentor team members through training programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to elevate team capability
- Coordinate weekly team meetings and provide direction to meet inventory targets, including fill rates and months of supply
- Identify process or system gaps and implement improvements to enhance reporting, ordering efficiency, and overall operations
