Seeking a Supply Supervisor to support new vehicle launches over a 3-4 month assignment. This role leads a team responsible for coordinating supply chain activities tied to new model introductions and sustaining product performance during the first 18 months post-launch. The position focuses on driving operational efficiency, strengthening processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team managing supply activities for new model launches, ensuring timely product availability and smooth distribution execution
Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and decisions to support successful launch outcomes
Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational and customer priorities
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs); monitor adherence and drive continuous improvement
Create and deliver regular performance reports and updates for stakeholders, including executive leadership
Mentor team members through training programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to elevate team capability
Coordinate weekly team meetings and provide direction to meet inventory targets, including fill rates and months of supply
Identify process or system gaps and implement improvements to enhance reporting, ordering efficiency, and overall operations
