Position Summary
Our team is searching for a qualified individual to fill the Supply Team Administrator I role and join our Operations Team. This team member will work closely with internal teams and our customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of supply needs. This position is responsible for managing supply requests, processing orders, and coordinating customer claims to keep accounts running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service instincts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Monitor automated supply requirements and process requests using various software programs and systems.
  • Process new supply requests and prepare orders in E-Automate for customers enrolled in auto-ship programs.
  • Assist customers with supply requests received by phone and through electronic submissions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process defective toner claims and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
