    Overview:

    Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM + every 5th Saturday; 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

     

    Are you organized, proactive, and energized by being the person who makes sure everything is exactly where it needs to be? Join our Supply Chain team and play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our clinical teams ready to care for patients!

     

    In this position, you’ll put your Supply Technician I expertise to work while supporting clinical departments with the supplies they need-when they need them. You’ll be a key partner in keeping supply closets stocked, specialty carts ready, and urgent requests moving quickly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for accurate and timely PAR counts
    • Creates accurate counts and reports irregularities – i.e. increased or decreased usage.
    • Identifies and implements PAR efficiencies – i.e. quantities, organization, additions, deletions
    • Documents supply requests and communicates to Inventory Control / Management
    • Checks in and puts away inventory
    • Responsible for accurately documenting credits items back into inventory
    • Uses system resources to locate products on PARs (IC82)
    • Identifies Out Of Stocks (OOS) items to the attention of Inventory Control / Management
    Qualifications:

    Education: 

    • High School Diploma or GED required 
    • Associate’s degree preferred.  

    Experience: 

    • Two (2) or more years of healthcare or inventory experience is preferred. 

    License(s)/Certification(s): 

    • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required 
    • Auto Insurance required when driving a personal vehicle.
