Overview:

Unity Point St. Luke's - Downtown

Full Time 

Days, M-F 6a-2:30p

 

This position performs advanced Supply Chain functions and has demonstrated mastery of Supply Tech I and II competencies supporting general and/or procedural areas (OR, Cath, IR, Vascular, ect..). Primary focus is on PAR maintenance, inventory (owned and consigned) replenishment and vendor orders Uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to place orders to replenish inventory, make vendor direct orders and assist with cycle counts Has a good understanding of ERP system such that they can resolve problems like unreleased documents and back orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing  PARS including quantity adjustments, adds, deletions, and order from in collaboration with clinical leadership. 
  • Prints labels and updates to PAR 
  • Identifies and completes PAR remodels after utilizing usage analysis 
  • Requisitions vender orders for perpetual  and/or par supplies. 
  • Requisitions vender orders for perpetual  and/or par supplies. 
  • Processes vender returns. 
  • Follows up on back orders and unreceived inventory.

 

Qualifications:

Education:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  
  • Some college courses preferred. 

Experience:  

  • One (1) year of work experience healthcare or inventory required.  

License(s)/Certification(s):  

  • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reason required.
