SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (01410)

Summary

Provides support of Intermediate level (I-Level and Depot Level) repair support for the ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System (TJS) in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

Supply Technician supporting repair, maintenance, modification, and overhaul of ALQ-99 at Fleet Readiness Center Northwest (FRCNW).

Essential Functions

  • Perform supply functions in support of aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification
  • Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Duties
  • Supply activities for Intermediate Level (I-Level) and Depot Level (D-Level) ALQ-99 TJS Repair
  • ALQ-99 TJS WRA and SRA inspections
  • General ALQ-99 TJS WRA and SRA maintenance
  • Document supply actions per NAMP requirements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years supply experience required
  • 1+ years ALQ-99 or similar aviation maintenance support experience preferred
  • Aviation Survivability Equipment (ASE) experience preferred
  • Must be able to work, day, swing or mid shift as required
  • Secret clearance required
Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Requires sufficient manual dexterity and vision to use tools and inspect aircraft systems. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

  • $35.70/hour + $2.65 H&W
