Role Requirements for a Support Agent
- Manage client inquiries and deliver accurate information on Quantum Fiber internet, voice solutions, enterprise connectivity, cloud services, and security offerings.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure the timely and precise delivery of Quantum Fiber services across residential and business accounts.
- Monitor client accounts, track sales milestones, and verify compliance with service level agreements to maintain reliability and performance.
- Support digital onboarding workflows by coordinating documentation, eligibility verification, and service activations within Quantum Fiber systems.
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions, account changes, and feedback to strengthen retention strategies, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
- Address client feedback and complaints with professionalism, driving effective resolutions that enhance satisfaction and reinforce trust in Quantum Fiber services.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Support Agent
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
- Experience in client support, account coordination, or administrative assistance, ideally within fiber internet, enterprise connectivity, sales, or telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills to explain Quantum Fiber service options clearly, build trust digitally, and adapt messaging across diverse customer segments.
