JOB REQUIREMENTS:• High school diploma or HSE; Associate degree preferred, possession of and/or ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications preferred• Receives support calls, gathers information, analyzes issues and determines best solution; coordinates with supervisors to solve more complex issues• Working knowledge of and ability to install, upgrade, manage, and decommission hardware and software solutions, including but not limited to PC equipment, peripherals, Microsoft products, VoIP, and mobile technologies, such as coordinating user setups and configuring printers• Knowledge of networking concepts with ability to perform troubleshooting & problem solving• Excellent organizational, communication skills and sound knowledge of office procedures & practices• Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources117 N.
