Job Description
Seeking a 3rd Level Support Analyst to provide support for PSDC SCCM, AirWatch, VDI, and Inmate environments. The role will troubleshoot and assist with hardware/software support escalations, work with IT Support staff and End Users, and provide instruction on processes and problem resolution.
Responsibilities include:
· Assist with SCCM deployments, application packaging, and other SCCM tasks.
· Maintain OSD task sequences and related packages.
· Support the AirWatch console, including asset and object management.
· Support VDI daily tasks, including session support and connectivity troubleshooting.
· Support the DOC Inmate environment, including troubleshooting, image testing, and customizations.
· Review/recommend hardware and software purchases and system integration/installation.
· Work with users to determine needs and specify IT requirements.
· Assess current computer resources for migration through interoperability testing of operating systems, networks, and applications.
· Review and evaluate industry technologies, including security and directory services.
· Develop/contribute to IT systems and test/evaluate beta products and applications associated with institutional and agency applications.
Important Requirements
· Individual must pick up Commonwealth-issued equipment on the first day.
· Position requires an in-depth background check, including fingerprinting, with successful results.
