Are you looking to start a career in dentistry? Lifetime Dental Care is hiring a Support Assistant/Hygiene Assistant to join our growing dental team. No previous dental experience is required. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in becoming a Dental Assistant, Hygiene Assistant, Dental Sterilization Technician, or pursuing a long-term career in the dental field. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop valuable clinical skills while working alongside experienced dental professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist hygienists and dental team members with daily clinical operations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients
• Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Stock operatories and clinical supplies
• Support patient flow throughout the office
• Escort patients and help create a positive patient experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the practice
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Learn dental procedures, terminology, and patient care techniques through on-the-job training
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and team members to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications

• No dental experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Able to stand and move throughout the workday
• Dependable and punctual
