About the Agency
Hudspeth Regional Center is one of five state operated comprehensive regional programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities operated under the administration of the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. About the Position
(Morton Group Homes) First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises direct care staff. Assists Behavioral Health Specialist in conducting inter-rater reliability. Complies with agency policies and procedures under Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires a high school diploma or high school equivalency and 3-5+ years of experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health. May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.

Paid Personal Leave and Sick Leave
