Power Retail Success as a Part-Time Meta Support Specialist!
The Meta L2 Support Center Specialist (MSCS) is the first point of contact for retail partners, providing expert support for Meta fixtures, displays, and equipment across contracted locations. This role owns the full issue lifecycle-troubleshooting, documenting cases, ordering parts, and ensuring timely resolution-while also supporting ActionLink project operations through instruction and survey prep, materials planning and tracking, project analysis, and quality control. This position reports to the Business Manager within Client Services.
