Emprime is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Support / Concierge Staff member to join our team at a residential property in Newark, NJ.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents and visitors while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure environment.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor building access and maintain visitor logs
- Receive and organize package deliveries
- Assist residents with general inquiries and requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Communicate effectively with management and residents
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
