What You’ll Do

* Support teachers in classrooms throughout the school
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and daily routines
* Assist with educational activities, transitions, and classroom management
* Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Help maintain a clean, organized classroom
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers


What We’re Looking For

* High school diploma or GED
* Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
* Positive attitude and dependable attendance
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for early childhood education
* CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
