What You’ll Do
* Support teachers in classrooms throughout the school
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Supervise children during classroom activities and outdoor play
* Assist with educational activities, daily routines, and transitions
* Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for learning
* Communicate professionally with families and fellow teachers
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
* Positive attitude and dependable attendance
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for early childhood education
* CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
