Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to provide Tier I/II technical support, assist with AWS cloud administration, maintain workstation and user account functionality, and support secure IT operations. This role offers exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, cloud technologies, and mission systems supporting aerospace and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II technical support to end-users.
• Assist with AWS cloud administration tasks.
• Maintain and ensure the functionality of workstations and user accounts.
• Support secure IT operations across a diverse technology environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technology practices.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
