Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows and Mac OS.
Manage tickets using IT service management tools.
Configure and deploy Cisco IP phones, extensions, and voice lines.
Troubleshoot network cables, ports, and call quality issues.
Maintain hardware inventory and handle UPS shipping tasks.
Work with IT teams and vendors on escalated issues.
