Title: Support Engineering-Field Service Representative 2 -Field Service
Location: Berkeley, MO
Salary Range: $40 - $45/hr. (Competetive)
Introduction
This position provides global technical support for company products at customer sites and other specified locations. The role involves supporting solutions to meet emerging customer requirements to ensure product safety, integrity, and supportability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electronics, electronic components, mechanical, and/or mechanical components
- Experience with parts procurement, inventory management, or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Willing and able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a field service representative
- Experience working in a technical or engineering environment
- Experience in factory equipment or factory automation
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor customer product status and operational issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve product maintenance, operational, and/or fleet reliability issues
- Assist with support of customer action plans and coordinate resources regarding airplane-on-ground (AOG) or non-mission capable (NMC) situations
