Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will support and maintain AWS infrastructure, application operations, access management, and production support activities for a business-critical platform.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for Workato integrations and automation workflows.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using Workato.

• Configure and manage REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms for seamless data exchange.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across platforms, ensuring high system availability and performance.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.

• Work with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases to support data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in production support, infrastructure operations, and cloud environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) and server administration (Red Hat Linux and Windows).

• Experience with Okta, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), incident management, access provisioning, and security/compliance support processes.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
