About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Supervise and engage children during playtime and structured activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Support the implementation of educational programs and curricula.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and support multiple classrooms.
