Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour ($20/hr. + $1 shift differential)

Schedule: 2 - 2 - 3 | 5:45 PM - 6 AM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Internal support certification

Job Duties

• Safety - Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations
• BBS Participation
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader, and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for a clean and safe work environment
• Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
• Train others as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Support Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
