Support Operator - Night Shift 6pm-6am

Responsibilities:

Safety –

• Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. 
• Complete 1 Near Miss and 1 Observation per month.

Quality- 

• Follow all quality processes and procedures.

 

1. Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
2. Meet productivity standards
3. Complete required documentation as well as completing the hourly KPI board and daily KPI graphs for your line.
4. Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
5. Make adjustments to machinery as needed
6. Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
7. Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements 
8. Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
9. Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
10. Train others as needed
11. Additional duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.
2. Preferred 2 years of manufcturing experieince.
