Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Support Services and Fleet Asset Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the Support Services Department under the company’s Construction Division, as well as being responsible for personnel and day-to-day operations of the Support Shop, Facility Fleet Assets, and Fleet & Support Services groups. What You Will Need:
- Ten (10) years of fleet asset management experience with large inventory of construction, industrial, earth-moving, farm, and/or on-road fleet equipment.
- Expertise in the field of rolling vehicle preventative maintenance service, minor repairs, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiar and comfortable with financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting.
- Familiar with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements concerning on-road equipment.
- Must be organized and demonstrate an ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Congenial with a customer service-oriented attitude with strong written and verbal skills..
- Ability to foster and promote teamwork across entire department.
- Computer literate with skills on Microsoft Office platform.
- Experienced utilization of asset management software.
- Must be able to travel occasionally both local and out of the area depending on business need.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
Benefits:
Starting Wage $110,000 - $140,000 / Yearly

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
