The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-Newark (RU‑N) is committed to attracting, enrolling, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. The division includes One Stop Student Services (integrating Financial Aid and the Registrar), the Offices of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, and the Center for Pre-College Programs.
The Support Services Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting daily operations within the Office of the Registrar and across the Division of Enrollment Management. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of registration, records, and related processes. The role also contributes to project coordination, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery for students and campus partners.
Posting Summary
Rutgers University- Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise is seeking a Support Services Coordinator. Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, this position provides day-to-day support to the Office of the Registrar Staff as well as all constituents of the Newark Campus: Faculty, Staff, Deans, Students, Alumni and third parties. This position is a critical member of the Registrar Team, and participant of the Division of Enrollment Management Team-Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor; Office of Admissions; Office of Financial Aid; Academic Foundation Center and the One Stop Student Services Center.

Immunization Requirements
