Support Services Project Manager / Specialist

Scope of Services

The Support Services Project Manager / Specialist will provide project administration, process monitoring, user support, documentation, process improvement, and reporting support for ongoing agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor established processes and workflows.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Document specifications and maintain requirements tracking.
• Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support in areas required to meet agency workload demands.
• Support process design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Trimble Unity Construct, formerly known as eBuilder.
• Experience creating new user accounts with appropriate permissions and performing account maintenance within the Trimble platform.
• Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience with project administration using Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct, including:
  • New user basic training
  • Workflow training
  • Administration training
  • New feature training
  • Process design and training
• Experience providing guidance on best practices for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience conducting design sessions and documenting requirements for new process rollouts.
• Experience serving as the lead for process testing.
• Experience evaluating cost management processes and applying cost management best practices using the Trimble platform.
• Experience providing reporting assistance and report cleanup.
• Experience creating reports, report subscriptions, and dashboards within Trimble Unity Construct.
