Customer Service Support Specialist
Job Summary
Customer Service Support Specialist answers the telephone switchboard and greets customers in a retail environment. This role also assists the regional office team with administrative support functions, serving internal and external customers and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls through the telephone switchboard.
Greet and assist customers in a retail environment.
Provide administrative support to the regional office team.
Support internal and external customers and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
Requirements
One (1) year of customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in person.
Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.
Proficiency in general computer operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Summary Qualification
Proven customer service experience in both phone-based and face-to-face settings.
Background in providing administrative support in a customer-focused environment.
Solid computer literacy with common office software.
Meets minimum educational requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
