Duties:- Customer Service Support Specialist answers the telephone switchboard and greets customers in a retail environment.
- Incumbent also assists the regional office team with administrative support function serving internal/external customers and prospective customers.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:- One (1) year of customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person.
- Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.
- Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.
