We take pride in fostering a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a full-time (40 hours/week) Support Staff Supervisor.
As our Support Staff Supervisor, you will perform a variety of supervisory, administrative, and clerical-related duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, possesses Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills, prior supervisory experience, ability to supervise multiple employees and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities
- Mentor, organize and coordinate office operations to ensure an effective, efficient, motivated, and well-trained workforce
- Coordinate the conversion, transfer and disposition of Agency records
- prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines to ensure smooth operation of the day-to-day tasks of the Agency
- coordinate effective communication among staff and across teams
- monitor and evaluate processes for compliance with identified standards and to identify and propose solutions or adjustments to maintain quality organizational practices
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and data entry
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
