BerkOne, a leader in content and process automation since 1936, has an immediate opening for a Support Technician to join our Technical Support team!


We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting issues, learning new technologies, and helping others. They are proactive, patient, and resourceful, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.


WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

The primary focus of the Support Technician is to deliver outstanding customer service by supporting employees and vendors, both onsite and remotely, while servicing and maintaining the company's technical infrastructure.


You’ll be expected to:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions for end users.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support network infrastructure, Active Directory administration, user account management, access permissions, and phone systems.
  • Document and manage service requests through a ticketing system, research solutions, escalate issues when needed, and ensure tickets are resolved to completion.


LOCATION + SCHEDULE:

  • On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
    • Requires occasional travel to local offices as needed
  • Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
    • Must join on-call rotation for emergency helpdesks during off-hours

  • Associates (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
  • Minimum 6 months - 1-year related experience and/or training; or 
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and Cisco switches
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with end users of varying technical skill levels
