Supported Living Supervisor (SLS)

As a Supported Living Supervisor (SLS), you will play a critical leadership role by supporting individuals, guiding Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services across residential settings. What You'll Do Support Person-Centered Planning & Care Establish objectives for Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) goalsAssist with the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)Partner with the Wellness Coordinator (RN) to develop high-risk plansWrite individualized protocols and complete monthly and quarterly reviewsMonitor progress and ensure services align with person-centered goals Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance Present and report information for Human Rights Committee meetingsReview end-of-month documentation for accuracy and complianceEnsure leases, utility bills, service documentation, and records are maintained appropriatelySupport medication administration and attend appointments as neededPromote adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and best practices Lead & Support DSP Teams Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Direct Support ProfessionalsConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedbackManage attendance, approve timecards, and administer attendance policiesAssist staff with organizing responsibilities and prioritizing tasksFoster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment Provide Coverage & Program Support Assist with filling open shifts when necessaryProvide direct support coverage as neededParticipate in on-call responsibilities based on service site needsSupport continuity of services and ensure individuals receive quality care What Wabash Center Offers Competitive salary and benefitsProfessional development and ongoing trainingLeadership growth opportunitiesCareer advancement pathwaysFlexible scheduling optionsA collaborative, fun, and rewarding work environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and staff every day
