Participate in the Supporting Crew Member (SCM) program at CAE SIMCOM in Orlando, Florida, providing "right seat support" during FAA-approved 14 CFR 142 and authorized 14 CFR 135 training programs.
Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during flight simulator training sessions.
Support client training experiences by attending all components of training events, including pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and internal teams.
Complete required forms, documentation, and checklists associated with training events.
Participate in initial and recurrent training to maintain program currency requirements.
Contribute to a high-quality learning environment aligned with CAE standards.

Job Description
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - Fulfills the "Pilot Monitoring" role during Flight Simulator training.
