Responsibilities:The Recipentsts will greet and assist clients and visitors and provide supportive clerical assistance to the agency departments as necessary. Courteously, promptly, and accurately direct or provide assistance to callers/visitors. Assist with sign-in procedures and direct visitors to the appropriate offices. Print name tags as needed. Monitor entrances using security cameras and alert staff regarding suspicious activity. Accept, post and distribute mail efficiently and accurately. Retrieve and respond to incoming e-mails. Troubleshoot and correct problems with office equipment (i.e. copy machine) and ensure that appropriate vendors are called to repair office equipment. Represent the agency in a positive and professional manner. Demonstrate sound judgment is managing confidential matters with regard to clients, staff and sensitive management issues. Attend and participate in individual supervision, staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities as required. Handle emergency situations which may require flexibility of time and area assignment. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.
This Position Is Full Time at 35 Hours. Pay for This position is $17.00
