We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Supportive Living team. In this role, you’ll support adults with daily living activities while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with daily living skills (personal care, meals, medication reminders, etc.)
Provide emotional support and encouragement in a safe, respectful environment
Help maintain a clean, comfortable living space
Support residents in community activities and appointments
Follow individual care plans and document services accurately
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For:
A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous caregiving or supportive living experience is a plus (training provided)
Must meet background check and basic job requirements
