Supervisor - Environmental Services

Summary:

Supports the operation of the physical plant of hospital and supervises environmental staff. Assigns responsibility for the Environmental Services department during night shifts, and during the weekend.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Formal Education Required: • High School diploma or equivalent required

• Experience & Training Required: • One year housekeeping experience, service industry experience (e.g., fast food, retail, hospitality), or combination that has provided skill in customer service and leadership. • Must attain Housekeeping Certification within first year of employment at Summa Health and maintain membership in International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA).

• Ability to walk extensively, frequent bending, lifting, and climbing of ladders etc
