Submit your application for the opportunity below: Centralized Staffing Supervisor WFH Job Summary and Qualifications JOB TITLE - Centralized Staffing Supervisor GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Staffing Supervisor provides leadership and supervision for the staffing aspects of the operations for HWS Regional and Satellite offices. At the Direction of the Director of Staffing, the Staffing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with current Federal, State and Local Standards, HCA Corporate guidelines and Joint Commission regulations that govern business operations and human resources functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring staff compliance with regulatory and corporate directives, policies and procedures, credentials and competency requirements of clinical staff, staffing activities, collaboration with the HCA facilities management staff, planning, communicating and implementing disciplinary action plans in collaboration with Director of Staffing, HRBP and RVPO, while managing resources and minimizing costs, and promoting teamwork. SUPERVISOR - Director of Staffing SUPERVISES - Staffing Specialist ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: · Anticipate and provide resolution to issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers. Collaborates with HCA facility management teams on corrective actions. Provides coaching and counseling to network employees and follows chain of command to get issues resolved.Completes goals established during prior year evaluation.Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information.Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.Responds to supervisor and co-workers requests for information and assistance in cooperative manner and within appropriate time frame.Channels concerns appropriately thru chain of command, deals with conflict appropriately in a private manner.Treats others with respect at all times; maintains a work environment free of harassment, hostility or violence.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES - This position requires the following minimal requirements: · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Utilizes excellent customer service skills at all times · Ability to multi-task · Ability to work well within a team environment · Ability to select, train, motivates and develops employees. · Effectively deals with conflict resolution · Ability to implement training curriculum per HCA requirements. · Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. · Experience with relational databases, data analysis and report writing. · Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. EDUCATION - High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent required. Bachelors preferred. EXPERIENCE - Minimum three years Staffing experience required, three - five years customer service experience required, Healthcare Staffing experience preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently. Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching. Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in soundRequires normal eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
