At the Direction of the Director of Staffing, the Staffing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with current Federal, State and Local Standards, HCA Corporate guidelines and Joint Commission regulations that govern business operations and human resources functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring staff compliance with regulatory and corporate directives, policies and procedures, credentials and competency requirements of clinical staff, staffing activities, collaboration with the HCA facilities management staff, planning, communicating and implementing disciplinary action plans in collaboration with Director of Staffing, HRBP and RVPO, while managing resources and minimizing costs, and promoting teamwork. SUPERVISOR - Director of Staffing SUPERVISES - Staffing Specialist ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: · Anticipate and provide resolution to issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers. Collaborates with HCA facility management teams on corrective actions. EXPERIENCE - Minimum three years Staffing experience required, three - five years customer service experience required, Healthcare Staffing experience preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently. Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.
