Summary:
Supervises daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering, and other customers. Utilizes management principles to achieve service, outcome, and cost. Collaborates with fellow food service staff with daily operations. Performs team member functions to include interview process, performance appraisals, progressive discipline, scheduling, training, and payroll. Assists with inventory management to meet department needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
