Surface Mount Technician (SMT) Tech III – V – 2nd & 3rd shift

You'll be expected to maintain high standards of operation by safely following procedures, organize tasks efficiently, maintain an eye for detail, apply critical thinking, and effectively solve problems within a collaborative and independent setting. Communication will be key as you ensure optimal machine functionality and address quality concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operating and maintaining PWB production machines, meeting quality and production metrics
- Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting during production
- Communicating any downtime and quality issues to leadership teams
