What you’ll take on
- Surface prep: clean, sand, and prime for durable adhesion.
- Color work: mix and match to reach exact tones and finishes.
- Application: use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment for even coverage.
- Quality checks: review completed work and make adjustments as needed.
- Organization: maintain tools and keep the workspace orderly.
- Communication: coordinate with clients and teammates on requirements and timelines.
- Safety: follow established procedures to keep yourself and others safe.
What it takes to succeed
- At least 2 years as a painter or in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of techniques, tools, and materials used in professional painting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- A meticulous eye and commitment to doing it right the first time.
- Strong time management and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Stamina to handle the physical aspects of the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional painting credentials are advantageous.
Work schedule options
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–4:30pm
- Friday–Sunday: 6:00am–6:30pm
