Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Pay raise following paid training program completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician, with further grow opportunities within the company

Requirements

• Be open to learn
• Enjoy working on your own
• Have experience working with your hands - Could come varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process

• Within 24 hours: Owner will reach out
• Within 72 hours: In-person interview

Duties:

• Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Communicate with the support team if questions arise

• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
