Overview:
Do you have 2+ years of Navy Logisitics Information Systems experience and a Secret Clearance? AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a SPIR Coordinator to support HM&E testing in Seattle/Everett, WA
Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms.
Specialize in System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) Coordination support for Surface Ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.
Accurately Input handwritten SPIR reports into the approved NSWC-PD SPIR Tracking Tool
Continuously monitor the SPIR Tracking Tool Database
Provide weekly SPIR reports to the customer
Utilization of SPIR Tracking Sheets and Databases to meet SURFMEPP product value stream by working closely with:
Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Modernization Coordination Office
TYCOMM
SURFMEPP Community / NAVSEA
AMS1
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience providing System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) OR JIRA, R-Supply, One Touch, NALCOMMIS or OMMS-NG coordination for surface ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.
2 years of experience in the utilization of tracking spreadsheets and databases.
Specialize in Quality Assurance
Active Secret security clearance.
