- License/Certs: AZ APRN License, Certified or Eligible by NCCPA, ACLS & BLS, Graduate from approved Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Certification, DEA preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in cardiothoracic surgery, proficient with EVH
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $159.13/hour

What You’ll Do:- Support cardiothoracic surgical procedures under physician supervision
- Assist with patient care in CVICU/step-down units, managing adult/geriatric patients
- Perform advanced procedures including removal of pacemakers, chest tubes, IABP, A-lines
- Participate in scheduled surgeries and be on-call for emergent cases
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
- Contribute to patient safety and quality care standards in a high-volume cardiac surgery setting
What You Need:- Valid Arizona APRN license or Physician Assistant license
- Certification or eligibility through NCCPA
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH proficiency
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work scheduled day shift with on-call hours
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
