What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced care support for urgent cardiothoracic surgeries, including vein harvesting
• Assist with patient assessments, pre- and post-operative care, and coordination
• Support the surgical team during flexible overnight shifts
• Manage a patient population aged 18 and older, including complex cases
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in on-call activities and emergency procedures as needed
• Support the care continuum from ICU to discharge or home

What You Need

• Valid Pennsylvania state license and DEA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of cardiothoracic surgical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong proficiency in vein harvesting, urgent surgery, and post-op care
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible night shifts and handle high-acuity cases
