What You’ll Do

• Provide support for urgent cardiothoracic surgeries, including vein harvesting procedures
• Assist surgeons during complex cardiac operations in a hospital setting
• Support staff in pre- and post-operative patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage, including overnight shifts and weekends
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of care in a 163-bed hospital

What You Need

• PA license in Pennsylvania
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of cardiothoracic surgical experience
• Strong skills in vein harvesting and managing adult patient populations
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
