This is a true site level leadership role for someone who wants to run the business of surgery, not just manage part of it.
You will oversee a modern, multispecialty ambulatory surgery center featuring two operating rooms and one procedure suite. The facility supports a diverse case mix across orthopedics, pain management, and plastic surgery, offering a balanced environment where clinical excellence, physician collaboration, patient experience, and operational performance all intersect.
This role is ideal for a Surgery Center Administrator, ASC Administrator, Facility Administrator, Surgery Center CEO, or surgical services leader who is ready for full ownership of a center.

Who we're looking for
- Proven ASC leader, Surgery Center Administrator, ASC Administrator, Facility Administrator, Surgery Center CEO, or healthcare operations leader with strong ambulatory surgery experience
- At least 2 years of ambulatory surgery center experience, or hospital surgical leadership experience with strong exposure to ASC operationn
- Hands-on operator who can balance people, performance, quality, compliance, physician relationships, and financial results
- Leader who can earn trust with physicians, staff, board members, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Open to relocating to the East Bay Area for the right leadership opportunity, platform, compensation, and lifestyle
- Base Compensation: $130,000 to $190,000 + quarterly and annual bonus potential
