Our client, a Medical Devices/Healthcare company, is looking for a Surgery Coordinator for their Boca Raton, FL location.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery.
- Ensures the safe and timely transportation of inventory to medical facilities and locations.
- Coordinates with staff to ensure surgery requisitions are submitted timely and accurately.
- Checks orders for completeness and make recommendations based on prior usage.
- Fulfills surgery requests accurately and within required timeframes.
- Uses ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue, and track inventory.
- Collaborates with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and on-site warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
- Assists warehouse personnel with manual order fulfillment as needed.
- Ensures the timely return of inventory and maintains real-time status updates.
- Boxes, packs, labels, ships instruments, and handles deliveries and returns safely.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with ability to follow directions precisely.
- Ownership of tasks and processes with a team-first approach.
- Working knowledge of relevant product groups preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience
