What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient general surgery coverage on a 24-hour beeper call basis
• Respond promptly to call-backs and urgent patient needs
• Maintain excellent documentation and communication in accordance with facility protocols
• Follow hospital policies and stay compliant with credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed for complex case management

What You Need

• Active Alaska Medical License
• DEA registration in Alaska
• Board Certification in Surgery (BC)
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills in general surgery procedures
• Prior inpatient call experience preferred
• Must have a clean professional record with no medical board actions or restrictions
