Job Title: Surgery - General

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in performing upper and lower endoscopies
- Valid medical license to practice surgery in the designated state
- Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and patient management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient safety and adhering to clinical guidelines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in minimally invasive or advanced surgical procedures
- Additional certifications such as Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS)
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited surgical residency program
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency surgical experience, preferably in a similar clinical setting
Other Requirements:
- Certification in ACLS/BLS
- Capable of flexible scheduling and availability for on-call shifts
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for certain assignments if necessary
- Act 10 compliance
