What You’ll Do

• Assist in total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and general orthopedic procedures
• Support staff in the operating room, including first assist duties
• Perform clinic duties, including patient assessments and follow-up care
• Apply casting, splinting, and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Conduct joint injections and other minimally invasive procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC Excellian)

What You Need
Required:

• MN license as Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• BLS certification (Tier 1)
• DEA license
• NCCPA certification or applicable specialty certification for NP
• 1+ year of surgical or orthopedic experience

Preferred:

• Prior OR assist experience
• Experience with casting, splinting, joint injections
