What You’ll Do:

• Assist in orthopedic surgeries including total joint replacements and fracture repairs
• Support clinical procedures such as joint injections, casting, splinting, and DME application
• Conduct patient rounding and assessments
• Support staff with OR and clinic duties, ensuring excellent patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality orthopedic services
• Participate in administrative tasks related to patient care and documentation
• Utilize EPIC Excellian EMR system for patient records and documentation

What You Need:

Required:

• Minnesota license (PA or NP)
• NCCPA certification (or equivalent)
• BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support certification
• 1+ year OR experience
• Ability to assist in OR procedures and clinic care

Preferred:

• Orthopedic or sports medicine experience
