SURGERY SCHEDULER

East Valley Vascular Surgery practice seeking a full-time customer service oriented and highly motivated Surgery Scheduler.

Must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of insurance benefits and fee schedules, knowledge of ICD-10/11, be a self starter, have strong organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. MUST HAVE *SURGERY* SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE. Candidate to possess a great work ethic and positive attitude and be able to multi-task. Vascular office experience a plus.

Bilingual (speaking and writing) Spanish a huge plus. We offer our staff competitive starting pay. Prior experience working in a vascular surgery practice, and using Athena One a plus!

You will be expected to provide excellent patient care with a customer service attitude for each and every patient!
